i hope you are going to make some more and sell them
If not, i can still make you one, brandnew. All i need is the Length of your Forearm or the Length you want it, and a little Prepayment, because i donīt make Things without Prepayment anymore.
If i get 2 Guys more than i can make a Mold and you can order raw Casts with Fiberglass-Reinforcement.
If not, i can make him too one. Just need the Length he want. Or i make them in my Size, wich is actually mid-Human/Spartan Size.
But new Builds cost a little more, because they are gonna be made out Pepakura first.
Or...i can make you some out of EVA Foam, the same Material i made the Torso with.
Much cheaper and faster, also light and comfortable. Only the Shell-Mount is going to be molded and castet, but you will need to make the Holes thinner so your Shells hold very thight. The Mount i have is made out of 22mm Metall-Pipes, so i needed to glue them on.
The Forearm-Design may vary extreme.
But some sort of Rubber-Pads can make them thinner from the Diameter.
My lower Arm is 7 from Hand to 9 near Elbow.
If i get another 2 People for it, the Prices for a Kit would be about 70EUR.
It comes in 2 Parts, the Forearm and the Shell-Mount. Mount must be glued AND screwed on.
The Molding Costs are minimal and included to a little Percent-Amount.
