And here we have the Back of the BA.

As you can see, there is a very big Combat Knife installed via Velcro, special Mounting by myself.

The Knife is there only for Decoration and in Games it get only used for cutting Branches or open MRE´s and other harmless Stuff

Eventually i am molding this Knife and cast it with Urethan Plastic.

Ahh So you made the lower "Rib" parts free floating and not connected to the back plate. Clever.

Yep. The fixed Version can only be worn on the Person that´s made for, but with this Solution it can be worn by near anybody with Size Large to Xlarge.
In the original Pep-File are 4 Side-Parts. 2 for Front and Back. I replaced the Front Side Parts with flexible Straps and Clips.
The Back Side Parts are connected only with Screws and Hinges.
